Based on military standards and ISO requirements, our quality management system has successfully supported military and commercial programs at home and in the international market. TelGaAs’s commitment to quality and a collaborative design process with customers is underlined by our registration to ISO-9001:2008 since 2012.


TelGaAs designers and engineers are eager and experienced in working closely with our customers on new designs and challenging specifications. Their efforts are well supported by a robust quality system that supports the entire design process: incoming product inspection, in-process testing, customer approved compliance matrixes, environmental screening and a fully integrated document-control system, all the way to the final inspections.


TelGaAs is dedicated to reliability and service. Along with anti-counterfeit measures, TelGaAs has in-house environmental screening to ensure the most robust unit performance. In-house environmental capabilities include temperature, shock, humidity, vibration, altitude and leak testing.

Quality improvements are never finished. Along with our ongoing quality system improvements, we are in the process of preparing for AS9100 certification.
